ALMOND COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond or cashew flour
  • 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325. 
  2. Grind nuts in coffee grinder to make the flour.
  3.  Mix all ingredients, add water if needed to make it more like cookie dough
  4. Bake on buttered up cookie sheet until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. 
I have made this version many times and it’s excellent, you may also try to add various spices such as ginger/cinnamon for more of a ginger cookie. All are delish!
