POWER OJAS BALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 c unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 c almonds
  • 6 dates
  • 4 tbsp cashew or almond butter
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 2 tbs raw cacao
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha (optional for adaptogenic benefits)
  • 1/2 tsp shatavari (optional for adaptogenic benefits)
  • Extra cacao, coconut flakes, or cinnamon for dusting

Instructions

  1. Soak your dates overnight, Pit them in the morning. 
  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor. 
  3. Roll into balls with wet hands. Roll in more cacao or dried coconut. Store in the refrigerator.
