pricing/payment

All prices are in US Dollars.
Prices are subject to change. All posted or advertised prices posted are subject to change without notice. The price charged for the Service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your order total (as applicable) and will be itemized in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer made by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Payment terms and method. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and are currently processed via WePay, PayPal, or Stripe. Payment processing is governed by the Shift4 terms and privacy policies, available at https://go.wepay.com/

Course Registration Policy

You agree that your order is an offer to buy under the Agreement. Suzanne Martin Yoga reserves the right to accept or reject orders in its sole discretion.
For Healthwise, selection of a payment plan and the first payment ‘aka Deposit’ is required to secure your spot, price and bonuses for the selected course. This payment is not refundable. All Healthwise payments are set up on auto-pay.
For Yoga Circle once you are registered, you will be added to the Yoga Circle Hub. After your 60 day trial, you will be removed form the hub unless payment is received. Monthly automatic payments will be deducted from your card unless you cancel. Cancel at anytime.
For Healthwise once your first payment is made, you will be added to the Healthwise Hub.

Refunds and Cancellations

If Suzanne Martin Yoga cancels a program, you will receive a full refund.
Yoga Circle can be canceled at any time.
Healthwise course tuition is not refundable once the member is given access to the hub.
Refund for fees paid on Healthwise will be given if cancellation is requested – BEFORE course access is given.
Deposits for Healthwise are NOT refundable.

Course Deferral for healthwise

In rare situations, such as job loss, or change in family status, or illness, a deferral may be granted to delay your course start date and pause your payment plan.
Deferring your course start date is allowed only once.
To request a deferral, complete this form.
Upon acceptance of your deferral request a $90 administrative fee will be charged to your on file credit card.
Once you’ve requested a deferral, you’re considered a member of the next course start date unless otherwise specified on your form.
Healthwise is also transferable to a friend/peer.
Because you are given access to valuable content as soon as you are entered into the Healthwise course hub, the cancellation policy is strict.
Course content is non-transferable and cannot be shared. If members break this policy, it is grounds for expulsion.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

Users are entirely responsible for having working internet, computers and other technology necessary to connect to Suzanne Martin Yoga’s offering at the date and time the program is offered. However, if technical issues caused by Suzanne Martin Yoga or it’s third-part providers result in cancellation or outages/content loss, then Suzanne Martin Yoga in its sole and exclusive determination may offer the following in place of a refund or credit:

Suzanne Martin Yoga will make up the program sessions and/or provide a recording to those who were prevented from attending.
In cases where the program is interrupted, and the lost content/presentation is material to the program. Suzanne Martin Yoga will facilitate the delivery of the missing content/materials as determined by Suzanne Martin Yoga in collaboration with the presenter, within a reasonable period of time following the original program delivery date(s).

Events Policy (Retreats, Meetups + Live Workshops)

Event and retreat registrations may be cancelled 45 days before the event start date. In this case, you will get a refund. This does not apply to Healthwise.
Prices for our retreats and events are subject to change without notice.

SUZANNE MARTIN YOGA Shop

Digital products in the Suzanne Martin Yoga Shop are final sale and not eligible for refund.

RECORDINGS

Suzanne Martin Yoga LLC reserves the right to record in any manner or medium, certain programs and sessions, and by participating in our programs, you agree that your voice, image and likeness may be recorded (audio, video, etc.) The recording shall constitute Suzanne Martin Yoga LLC intellectual property, and may be used, sold, licensed, broadcast, and otherwise commercially exploited as determined by Suzanne Martin Yoga LLC in its sole and reasonable discretion. You hereby grant to Suzanne Martin Yoga LLC and its affiliates and assigns the right and permission to use in perpetuity, your name, likeness, image, voice, recorded voice, appearance, biographical information, statements, performance and/or testimonial(s). (Appearance) in any manner and in any media, now known or later developed, throughout the world, at any time, for Suzanne Martin Yoga LLC’s business purposes, without review, permission or compensation of any amout or kind whatsoever. In addition, our third-party providers – such as Zoom – may also record programs for their or our archival purposes. You shall not hold Suzanne Marin Yoga LLC responsible for any liability resulting from the lawful use of your Appearance in accordance with the terms of this section, or the recording activities described hereunder.

force majeure

Neither Suzanne Martin Yoga LLC nor any of its third-party providers shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under the Agreement arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God; natural disasters; wars; civil or military disturbances; sabotage; strikes; epidemics or pandemics; riots; power failures; computer failure; loss or malfunction of utility, transportation, computer (hardware or software) or telephone communication service; accidents; labor disputes; acts of civil or military authority; governmental actions; or inability to obtain labor, material, equipment or transportation. The foregoing notwithstanding, technical issues experienced or caused by Suzanne Martin Yoga LLC and/or its third-party providers are addressed above.

Terms of Use

You agree you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Keep in mind that your use of products, software, and services of Suzanne Martin Yoga LLC (and including all branches of our company including but not limited to Healthwise) including this website (referred to collectively as the “Services”), will be deemed acceptance of this agreement, including any updates to these terms.

Your use of the Services is subject to this legal agreement between you and Suzanne Martin Yoga LLC, or Healthwise (“HW”). Any products, software, and services provided to you under a separate written agreement are not subject to this agreement.

Subscribing

By subscribing to any of the Suzanne Martin Yoga or Healthwise Services, or filling out any Suzanne Martin Yoga or Healthwise download forms, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use, and you are providing your express consent to be contacted by us, via electronic messages or otherwise, to notify you about the new products, services, and features offered by Suzanne Martin Yoga or Healthwise. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Access to the Services is determined at our sole discretion. If your access is disabled, you will be advised of this when attempting to access the Services.
