The Master Pass is 3 semesters that run for 12 weeks each with cleanses and workshops in seasonal Ayurveda diet/lifestyle/cooking inbetween. 

The Basic Pass is 1 semester that is 12 weeks long. 

***All meetings are recorded and placed in a course hub that you can access at anytime while enrolled.

FAQ's

While this program has the depth appropriate for YTT graduates and ayurvedic practitioners, you do not have to have a certification to take Healthwise. This program is appropriate for anyone that wants a habit makeover.

Healthwise is for anyone who wants to make Self-Care a priority. It is for anyone that want’s to:

  • establish/deepen their meditation practice

  • understand the purpose of life and how to live it

  • heal and/or strengthen your immune system
  • experience less stress and more ease
  • have more fulfilling relationships

Students come from all walks of life. Some have been practicing yoga for 30 years some have no experience whatsoever. This is for anyone wanting to live their practice with integrity.

In a given week you might:

-Listen to the live coaching call for 90 minutes. Live preferred but recording can be listened to on your own time.

-Watch the weekly training for 30 minutes.

-Connect with the group via social for 10 minutes).

-Connect with your dharma buddy on your own time.

-Read supplemental materials for 30-60minutes. 

-Enjoy livestream and prerecorded yoga videos (optional).

-Work the habits into your life (variable).

This program is designed with full-time employees and parents in mind. You set the depth and the pace at which you transform. Generally we are spending 1.5 hours together and then there’s a little homework that takes about 1-1.5 hours to complete.

All live calls are recorded and available to you in the course hub.

Wednesdays 6:30-8pm

You can pay with a credit card or PayPal. All pricing is listed in US dollars and payments will be automatically converted to US dollars if you are paying with another currency. Email us for details at suzannemartinyoga@gmail.com

You can pay in full or for the Basics pass break it into 3 payments of $284. Or for the master pass break it into $167/month.

Payment is nonrefundable but can be deferred due to life circumstances. Simply let us know. Here are our full terms and conditions. 

Of course – smart thinking! If you are already a yoga teacher or in a profession in which yoga certiciation could enhance your business (aka a massage practitioner, nutritionist, personal trainer or similar), your payment could be tax deductible. Please check with your accountant. 

Yes, the Healthwise Basics pass will be 20 contact hours and 30 noncontact, and the master pass is 80 contact and 120 non-contact hours.

To submit your virtual hours as contact hours, simply follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to www.yogaalliance.org and log into your account.
  2. To Click “Teacher Dashboard” at the top right.
  3. Click “Add Hours” under “Training Hours” on the right.
  4. Scroll down to select the type of course you completed. 
  5. Select “In person with someone who is not a YACEP.”
  6. Select “Some Contact Hours”. Click “Yes” when the system asks if your provider met the qualifications.
  7. Then your next question it will ask for the instructor’s name.
  8. Click the check box for “I assert that my Continuing Education Provider meets the above requirements”.
  9. Input in your “Start Date” and “End Date”, as well as the “Continuing Education Activity” and the “Location” of the course.
  10. You will then enter in your hours of completion of the course in the educational category chart.
  11. Click “Assert” and “Save” when finished.

You can currently get reimbursements for the Healthwise program of up to $400 from CDPHP if you are the primary account holder and $200 if you are the secondary. You can also get reimbursed through Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. The amounts vary depending on your plan. Please contact Suzanne for more details.
